Core features
Every feature you need. Nothing you do not.
Three things done very well, so you never reach for a louder app for what should be a small note.
Everything else
The rest of the music desk
Offline Sunday, paste-in charts, and keys the whole band can see.
Offline Sunday
Open the shared set once, then read chords even if the church wifi drops.
Paste charts
Drop structure, chords, and lyrics into a song sheet. No file upload required.
Private to the church
Sets and songs stay inside your organization. No ads, no public feed.
Find the song
Your library is searchable by title so last-minute swaps stay calm.
iOS, Android, Web
Musicians on phones. Leads can edit on the web. Same Convex account.

Reviews
Loved by people who value their moments.
A few words from people using OnPraise every day.
“Finally a notes app that disappears.”
OnPraise feels like a friend who knows when to be quiet. I just open it, write, and close. That is it.
“Beats every voice memo app.”
I used to record voice notes I never listened to. Now I type a sentence and I actually go back to read them.
“The capture screen is perfect.”
Open, write, save. No tagging, no folder picker, no AI. Just my words and the time. Brilliant.
“The timeline view is gold.”
Scrolling through my own past in chronological order is more powerful than any productivity hack.

What exactly is OnPraise?
OnPraise helps worship teams plan set lists, share songs, and lead praise from phone and web. No noise, no algorithm.
How much does it cost?
Free for 15 seats. Then Band $5/mo (30 seats), Team $10/mo (75 seats), Campus $19/mo (200 seats), Unlimited $39/mo (Unlimited seats).
Can I use it without the mobile app?
Yes. Sign in on the web app with the same email code and open the same sets.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The first 15 seats are free forever. You only pay when the team outgrows them.
Is my data private?
Yes. Sets and songs stay inside your church. We do not show ads, do not sell data, and do not train models on your charts.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Open a shared set once and keep an offline snapshot for Sunday if the church wifi drops.
What if I do not like it?
Email us within 14 days and we will refund without asking why. We would rather have someone happy than reluctant.
Do you offer team accounts?
Yes. OnPraise is built for the church worship team. One church pays for seats; musicians join with an invite code.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone, iPad, Android, and any modern browser. One church account, all platforms.
Can I export my songs?
Worship leads can copy charts from the song editor. A full archive export is not the first-release focus.
Who built this?
Built by OnPraise. Reach out at support@onpraise.cloud.
Will it stay this simple?
Yes. We add features only when they make Sunday quieter. If a feature would shout, it does not ship.
